City of Seattle's South Spokane Street Project	Completed new eastbound Fourth Avenue S. off-ramp in August 2010. Other project construction continues.
SR 99 Intelligent Transportation Systems	Completed in July 2011.
SR 519 Phase 2	Completed in May 2010.

Partner agencies

Several County, City and Port projects are part of the Alaskan Way Viaduct program. Each jurisdiction is responsible for their own projects’ management, environmental work, design and construction.

King County project:

The County is seeking new funding sources to invest in expanded transit service to downtown Seattle.

City of Seattle projects (status):

• Central waterfront transmission line relocation (Construction)
• Elliott Bay Seawall (Design)
• Mercer Corridor (Construction)
• South Spokane Street (Construction)
• Waterfront Seattle (Planning)

Port of Seattle project:

East Marginal Way Grade Separation – Includes a new overpass connecting South Spokane Street, Duwamish Avenue South and East Marginal Way South to route traffic up and over existing train tracks.
